To register as an affiliate for our Affiliate Program you be at least 18 years of age.
The purpose and spirit of this affiliate program is to promote the Utama Spice brand and products and to encourage the consumer to choose all-natural beauty and skin care options where appropriate and available. When you sign up as an affiliate, and at all times, please provide us with accurate and honest information. We are only seeking affiliates with the highest morals and ethical standards.
Please note that while you will be immediately accepted to our program, Utama Spice will still perform an affiliate account review before any payout is made.
The behavior of and any representations, calls to action or any other expression made by our affiliates should be truthful and in good faith at all times.
You’ll be given an affiliate account and a unique referral ID that you can use to promote Utama Spice via referral links. Check out your private Affiliate Area for visits and referrals information, creatives, graphs and more!
Commissions and payouts
You’ll earn a generous 10% commission when a customer purchases anything on our site using your referral link.
We pay out affiliate commissions in USD directly to your bank account or PayPal account in the first week of every month.
In order to receive a payout for your referrals, you must register your bank account or PayPal account with us.
We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases. We do not offer recurring referrals.
Here are the details of our affiliate program:
- You must be 18+ years of age or older
- You’ll receive 10% commission for every new sale you refer
- Minimum payout balance of $25.00, and no maximum payout (we pay in USD)
- Commissions will be paid within the first week of each month
- Referrals are paid out to your bank account or PayPal
- Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).
Direct Link Tracking
Our affiliate program uses Direct Link Tracking, so you can skip the referral link (e.g. ?ref=123 or /ref/123) when you link to our site from your https:// website. You can submit a direct link to your own website in the Settings tab of your Affiliate Area. We’ll review your direct link submission, and when it’s approved you’ll no longer need to use a referral link when linking to UtamaSpice.com directly from your site.
Note: Direct Link Tracking is only available if your site has an SSL certificate, and therefore the https:// protocol. We will only approve websites that are 100% owned by you.
Refunded purchases
If a purchase is refunded, a commission won’t be paid out for that referral.
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Commission rejections may occur for the following reasons:
- The sale that the referral was based
on was refunded - The method by which the referral was
generated was in violation of our promotional policies (see below) or violated
the spirit of the Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate news and updates
By becoming an affiliate you agree to receive emails from Utama Spice. These emails will be sent to affiliates only and may include important information regarding the Utama Spice affiliate program. These emails will also provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote Utama Spice.
Affiliate account rejection
We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason and at any time. We also reserve the right to choose whether we provide an explanation or reasoning for affiliate account rejection. Any unethical, spammy or any other dishonest activity will result in account suspension.
Inappropriate websites
The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, gambling sites, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected.
Questions regarding your application
When you apply to become an affiliate we may email you at the email address you have supplied with some questions regarding your application. This may be because:
- We didn’t understand something in your application, or,
- We’d like to learn a bit more about how you will promote Utama Spice

Allowed promotional methods
We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to Utama Spice and bring us legitimate, loyal customers.
Here are some examples of the types of promotional methods we encourage:
- Honestly promoting a cleaner, healthier lifestyle in your blog and promotional materials.
- Writing a review or blog post about Utama Spice products
- Using your social network accounts
- Anything that is spam-free
- Providing value to others by offering solutions, answers, guides, and information on the internet as well as answering related questions with helpful responses and using your referral link in your replies.
Prohibited promotional methods
Utama Spice stands by our products, and we are very careful with how it’s promoted, so we want affiliates who understand this and are 100% behind us.
Utama Spice may not be promoted on coupon sites
Customers who are searching for a coupon are already in the market for Utama Spice, so this method adds no value to us.
- Paid advertising using your affiliate link is prohibited
Buying ads through services like Google AdWords, social ads, or retargeting ads and using our brand keywords and your affiliate link will result in affiliate account deactivation.
- Any type of spam is prohibited.
- Any illegal activity or activity deemed offensive by us is prohibited
- Pretending to actually be Utama Spice is prohibited
If you’re unsure or concerned that some activity you’re about to proceed with be considered prohibited, please ask us.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.
The affiliate relationship does not represent a professional or formal agreement. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and as a result you may not take legal action against Utama Spice. These affiliate terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
