Using Natural Essential Oils for Aromatherapy and Relaxation

Essential oils are concentrated compounds extracted and drawn out from plants via distillation. Essential oils contain the complex mixture of compounds that give each plant its characteristic fragrance and other aromatherapy benefits.

Essential oils can be used in a number of ways starting simply as a pleasant fragrance; but most oils offer several other benfits including antimicrobial properties, stimulants for the mind and body, stress relief, or other benefits for the skin and body.
