I have used many of these scents in essential oil vaporizers as well as in the bathtub. I find the scent of orange the most uplifting.

I find cardamom to be very relaxing.
I’ve only tried lavender but it does help relax me. I do like citrus scents though so should try orange next.

I did try a new citrus scented essential oil and it seemed to brighten my mood. The peppermint oil also helps perk me up.
